Hot Pilates at Rise uses infrared heat to take your practice to the next level. You’ll still get the strength, stretch, and sculpt of our mat and tower classes - but the gentle, penetrating warmth helps your body move more freely, recover faster, and feel every movement more intensely.
It’s not a sauna. It’s not Bikram. It’s intelligent, infrared-supported Pilates - and it feels incredible.
WHAT IS HOT PILATES?
Hot Pilates is simply mat or tower Pilates performed in a gently heated room using infrared panels. These aren’t blasting hot radiators or humidifiers - infrared heat works by warming the body from the inside out, promoting circulation, flexibility, and cellular recovery without that sticky, sweaty fog.
The room sits comfortably between 30-35°C, warm enough to boost the body’s natural detox process and reduce stiffness, but cool enough to stay focused and energised.
And yes, you’ll glisten. But you’ll love it.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN A HOT PILATES CLASS
You’ll roll out your mat in our infrared-heated studio, surrounded by calm lighting, soft warmth, and some seriously good energy. Expect slow flows, deep strength work, breath-led movement, and a few extra glistening moments where you realise your body is doing more than it thought it could.
You’ll be guided every step of the way by our instructors - no egos, no pressure, just feel-good fire.
We’ll supply the heat. You bring the towel. And sweat.

IS HOT PILATES RIGHT FOR ME?
Of course! Ss long as you’re not pregnant or dealing with certain medical conditions (check with your GP if unsure). It’s ideal for anyone who:
- Feels stiff, sore, or tight
- Wants to boost their recovery and flexibility
- Loves a sweat but hates loud, frantic workouts
- Is curious about trying something new and feel-good
- Needs a good excuse to lie down in warmth and call it productive
Not a sweaty person? That’s fine too. You control the pace - we’ll just keep the room warm and welcoming.
