Our weekly schedule includes a full range of Pilates classes - from beginner-friendly flows to spicy core burners. All classes take place in our boutique studio in the heart of Keyworth.

 

Whether you’re a morning mover, a lunch-break stretcher, or an after-work shaker, our weekly class timetable has something to suit your schedule and your mood. Each class is led by an expert instructor who’ll meet you where you are - no pressure, no egos, just movement that feels good.

WE OFFER

​We want everyone to be able to make it to class, so we have various class slots, including:

  • Early morning reformer sessions to start your day strong

  • Mid-morning mat classes post-school run

  • Lunchtime tower workouts for a quick but effective reset

  • Evening classes (including hot Pilates) for that feel-good unwind

  • Weekend sessions for rest, recovery, or a good old glute shake

OUR STUDIO

At Rise Pilates Studio in Keyworth, we run a full timetable of small-group Pilates classes, including:

  • Reformer Pilates (8 people max)

  • Mat Pilates (10 people max)

  • Tower Pilates (4 people max)

  • Hot Pilates (infrared-heated sessions)

  • Barre

  • Yoga classes
