Our Jumpboard classes take place on the reformer using a padded jumpboard that lets you jump, rebound, and move dynamically while staying fully supported. It’s all the benefits of cardio, without the joint impact you’d get from running or high-impact workouts.
This is Pilates with a playful edge. You’ll flow through rhythmic, heart-pumping sequences that build lower-body strength, core stability, coordination, and endurance - all while lying down. Yes, really. Your heart rate lifts, your muscles work, and your spine stays happy.
Jumpboard is about power and control. Perfect if you want to boost cardiovascular fitness, shake off stress, or just move in a way that feels fun, freeing, and a little bit badass.


Precision, control, and a serious core connection - all rooted in the rhythm of your breath. Mat meets resistance springs. These intimate sessions offer tailored support with extra challenge.
Springboard Pilates combines traditional mat work with spring-based resistance, using a vertical frame and equipment inspired by the original Cadillac. With no moving carriage, your body becomes the moving piece - supported and challenged by springs that add resistance, assist alignment, and encourage proper muscle engagement.
Our Springboard classes are intentionally small, with just six people per session, so you get the hands-on attention and detailed guidance that makes all the difference. Every movement feels personal, supported, and purposeful.

Using the barre for balance and control, you’ll flow through sequences designed to target glutes, thighs, core, and arms, with pulses so tiny, they’re almost disrespectful.
