Yoga at Rise is your reset button. In our warm, softly lit mat/infrared room, we blend breath, mobility and strength in feel-good yoga flows that meet you where you are. Expect clear coaching, plenty of options, and space to slow down or turn the dial up. Some classes use gentle infrared warmth to help you soften, focus and move with ease.

WHAT IS A YOGA CLASS AT RISE?
A guided, breath-led movement class designed to build calm strength and easy mobility. We blend classic yoga shapes with intelligent sequencing so you feel taller, steadier, and more at home in your body - without the pressure to “perform.”
Classes run 50 minutes in our softly lit mat/infrared room. Some sessions use gentle infrared warmth to help you move deeper with less stiffness.

WHAT TO EXPECT IN OUR YOGA STUDIO
Our space is warm, welcoming, and thoughtfully equipped so you can settle in and move well.
Before class - Arrive 5-10 minutes early to roll out your mat, breathe, and land. We provide quality mats and blocks (bring your own if you prefer). Water recommended.
During class - Expect steady, purposeful sequences; small form cues that make a big difference; and permission to rest anytime.
After class - Leave feeling lighter, longer, and clearer - like you’ve had a reset. Stay for a moment if you wish; it’s a friendly room and you’re part of it.


THE YOGA PROPS WE USE
Mats: High-grip, cushioned mats to ground you and protect wrists/knees.
Blocks: Bring the floor closer or add lift for balance and alignment.
Straps: Help you find range without forcing it - hello, kind hamstrings.
Balls: For full-body stability, balance training, spinal mobility, and playful strength work.
Infrared warmth (select classes): Gentle heat to ease stiffness and boost focus - comfortably warm, not “hot yoga.”
IS YOGA AT RISE FOR ME?
