Jade
Studio Owner, Reformer & Mat Instructor

Mum of two and breast cancer survivor, Jade discovered Reformer Pilates at a time when she needed to rebuild strength, confidence, and trust in her body.
Trained with APPI, she created Rise so that others could experience that same sense of empowerment - the kind built through intelligent movement, expert instruction, and genuine support every step of the way.
Jade is passionate about creating a space that feels real: inclusive, welcoming, and ego-free.

Kennis
Reformer & Mat Instructor

Kennis has been working in the fitness industry for two years and brings a genuine passion for movement to her teaching. With a strong focus on strength training, her Pilates classes are designed to challenge you while helping you move with control and confidence.
Expect challenging, supportive classes that leave you feeling strong, energised, and confident in your movement. Whether you’re new to Pilates or looking to push yourself, Kennis guides you every step of the way.

Emma
Reformer, Mat & Yoga Instructor

Emma brings an effortless sense of flow to every class, shaped by her deep love of music and her work as a DJ in Ibiza - a constant passion she continues alongside her teaching
Her style is intuitive and responsive, adapting in the moment to the energy and needs of the room rather than following a rigid plan.
Personable and welcoming, Emma creates classes that feel supportive, engaging, and thoughtfully paced. She teaches blending strength, movement quality, and rhythm to help you feel both challenged and completely at ease.

Louise
Reformer, Mat & Yoga Instructor

Louise is a highly experienced instructor with over 35 years in the fitness and wellbeing industry. A mother of four grown-up children, she has been teaching movement for most of her adult life and is deeply passionate about supporting people on their own health and fitness journeys.
She trained in yoga and Pilates over 26 years ago and now teaches both across all levels, including reformer Pilates. Louise is also qualified in nutrition, massage, and GP referral, bringing a holistic and supportive approach to every class.

Julia
Reformer, Mat & Jumpboard Instructor

With over 25 years’ experience in the fitness industry, Julia has a background spanning sports therapy, personal training, and health and nutrition coaching. Her teaching now focuses on Pilates, Reformer Pilates, and indoor cycling, with an emphasis on strength, confidence, and long-term wellbeing.
Julia creates supportive, welcoming classes that prioritise both movement quality and community. She is passionate about helping people feel good in their bodies and enjoy the process of building strength and confidence.

Lara
Reformer & Mat Instructor

With a background in the performing arts, Lara brings clarity, creativity, and care to her teaching. Her classes are energetic yet considered, encouraging purposeful movement and a strong sense of body awareness.
She creates a supportive environment where clients can move with confidence, presence, and ease.

Jooles
Reformer, Mat & Tower Instructor

A qualified Level 3 Mat & Reformer instructor (HFE), Jooles is focused on creating a positive and inclusive environment for all Pilates lovers.
She’s previously taught aerobics, mat, and reformer Pilates, and even ran Baby Sensory & Mini Professors Loughborough. Jooles has been on a journey of healing, mentally and physically. A traumatic 2020 meant a change was required to regain strength in a different way, and she found Pilates. The passion was ignited, and here she is inspiring others.

Antonia
Reformer, Mat & Pre/Postnatal Instructor

Antonia is known for her precise cueing, supportive teaching style, and a brilliant ability to tailor movement for every body. Alongside Reformer, she is trained in Wunda Chair and specialises in pre and postnatal Pilates, empowering clients to feel strong and capable through all stages of life.
She brings genuine passion into every session - helping clients find their strength, confidence, and flow.

Stacy
Reformer & Mat Instructor

Stacy is a qualified Pilates instructor with a background in fitness. A mum of two and an NHS worker, she is passionate about supporting strength, mobility, and long-term wellbeing through Pilates.
Her classes are supportive and focused, helping clients build confidence in their movement while prioritising quality, consistency, and feeling good in the body.

Ashleigh
Reformer Instructor

Trained at the School of Reform, Ashleigh’s teaching is influenced by her love of strength training and recent travels through the Middle East, where she explored a variety of beautiful Pilates studios.
Her classes combine strong fundamentals with a modern, athletic feel, helping clients build strength, control, and confidence in their movement.

Sara
Reformer & Mat Instructor

Sara has been practising Pilates for many years and fell in love with the sense of connection it builds with the body. That passion has continued to grow, and she now loves sharing it with others through her teaching.
She brings a friendly, welcoming energy to every class, helping people feel comfortable, supported, and proud of what their bodies can do.

Selina
Reformer Instructor

Selina brings a calm, confident presence to every class, with experience teaching Reformer Pilates and supporting high teaching standards across a busy studio environment. Alongside teaching, she has worked in a leadership role, mentoring instructors and ensuring classes remain consistent, well-structured, and client-focused.
Her teaching style is supportive, clear, and empowering, with a strong emphasis on quality movement and thoughtful cueing. Selina loves helping clients build confidence on the reformer - whether they’re stepping onto it for the first time or refining their practice.
